Have the vintage items been washed by Studs & Lace?

All our vintage products have been laundered, though due to the age of some items they may be permanently stained. If there are any major faults with a garment, this information will be stated along with the product detail information.

Can I contact you by telephone?

We are an online company that operates purely online. We are also available on ASOS Marketplace¬†https://marketplace.asos.com/boutique/studs–lace

Delivery

When will my goods be delivered?

Your goods should be delivered within 4-6 working days. If you still haven’t received your item(s) within the delivery period, please contact us at info@studsandlace.com.

Do you post to customers outside the UK?

Yes, we currently ship to United states and Europe.

Returns

 

You are entitled to get a refund within 14 days of receiving goods if you are not entirely satisfied.

All goods are your responsibility until it reaches us.

 

Please ensure that goods are returned within 14 days unused, with original packing and labels attached.

The amount will then be refunded onto the original card used within 30 days of receiving returned goods.

Packing your returns

When you return your item, you need to make sure it’s properly packed and labelled:

  • Please ensure you carefully open parcels so that you can reuse the bag if returning an item
  • Stick the returns address label over the original label
  • Fill in returns sheet
  • Get a proof of return sticker or have your receipt stamped when you go to the post office.

N.B We do not refund delivery charges.

How do I change my personal details?

Log into your account, here you will be able to make changes to your personal information.
